At ANIÁN, we stand by the quality and durability of our recycled natural fiber garments. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a reusable mailer, ensuring all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
